4 out of 5 starsYes it did sgphip on time. Attractive and well made item. Nice fabric, cute looking bloomers. The only small criticism is it would be nice to have an internal gusset added in like with other undies. However it is so versatile as one could wear it as cute shorts on a hot day, undies or mini PJ for sleeping. Very comfortable. Highly recommended

Would cost about 150.00 if you could find in a store, which you will not. perfect fit, best quality fabric and a bargain. made and shipped quickly. shop owner Vicky is amazing, she is the best on etsy!!!!
